Due to recent
security issues highlighted in the media with regards to credit
card fraud, we will only accept telephone orders. This is in
the best interest of our customers as we can confirm all your
details and provide information on delivery arrangements.
Although
we take credit or debit card details at point of order, we
will not debit your card until delivery is imminent. We will
then send you a confirmation of order either by post or e-mail,
followed by a receipted invoice prior to your order being with
you, which should be 12-15 working days from date of order.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

FOR ORDERS OVER £600, otherwise add £30 for bed and/or
furniture orders and
£7.50 for accessory orders (eg tents, safety packs, clip
on tables), £12.00 for mattresses/heavier items.

Cancellations
Cancelling your order: You
can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch of the goods.
Please contact us and we will arrange the refund of your money
if applicable. Please include your name and order number with
your message.
Returns
Money back guarantee: We
have a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you do
not want to keep your items then return them to us in their original
condition and packaging and we will refund the value of your
goods. We recommend that you send these items with postal insurance
(special delivery) as Bunkybusiness.com cannot accept responsibility
for items damaged in transit. We
cannot pay the return delivery costs for unwanted items. Collection
of items by the courier may cost more than the original delivery
price. To arrange the return of large furniture contact us and
we will call you to arrange the pick up. We cannot accept returns
for flat-packed furniture that has been constructed or part-constructed.
Missing Items
We advise that you check the items that are being delivered against
the items listed on your confirmation letter with the courier
wherever possible. In the unlikely event that any items are missing,
please make a comment on the delivery note which they should
ask you to sign. Please let us know as soon as possible and then
we will be able to pursue it on your behalf.
Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged when you receive them please let
us know as soon as possible. We will arrange the replacement
of any faulty items or parts. We will also refund you any postage
costs you incur for returning faulty items.
